Drawing Workshops in Provence

Lubéron, world-famous for it's natural beauty and ancient history.

The 10-day drawing workshop will be presented by well-known artist Maya Durante with ten years teaching experience. You will work in the medium of your own choice, e.g. charcoal, pen, ink, or pastel, and all drawing materials can be acquired locally.

The day is divided into 2 sessions. In the morning you will learn the techniques you will apply in the afternoon.

The principles of drawing, thus all aspects which combine to arrive at a satisfying result based on composition, value, colour and technique will be covered. 

Subjects : stillifes, landscapes, portraits and figure-drawing.

You will be staying at Hôtel St.Paul, situated in the beautiful country-side of Provence, near Viens and will be welcomed at the Hôtel du Cloître St. Louis in Avignon the 17th of September between 5 and 6 pm. Non-painting partners are welcome. All levels. Small groups for a maximum of individual attention.

Price : 2950 Euro

terms of agreement :
Upon reservation 33% deposit. 
Six weeks before the workshop begins the balance of payment has to be paid.
Proof of holiday insurance policy (that covers accidents and sickness) is necessary.
Cancellation at no costs is possible up to 14th of July 2003.
We reserve the right to cancel, should the bookings be insufficient, at full refund of initial deposit.
